We are excited to be hosting the annual Southern Association for College Student Affairs with NASPA Region III conference in the beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee! This year's theme, New Directions: A Climate of Change, is sure to leave you feeling inspired and ready to tackle important issues back on your campus.

Chattanooga is centrally located in the Southeast at the intersections of I-75, I-24 and I-59.  The river-city is within three hours of more than ten million people living in Atlanta, Nashville, Knoxville, Birmingham and Huntsville.  Chattanooga’s Airport, CHA, is just ten miles from Downtown and offers direct or 1-stop flights to most destinations.

Online registration for the annual conference opens June 5, 2017, and closes on October 15, 2017.

Refund Information

To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to Joe Buck Please enter 2017 SACSA Conference Refund in the subject line. Telephone requests will not be honored.

Credit card refunds are processed within 72 hours after receipt. For check refunds, please allow 10 business days for processing. Exceptions to the policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and decisions made within two weeks after the conference.

Refund Request Deadlines

  • Refund requests received up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund, less a $50 service and processing fee of the registration fee.
  • Refund requests received up to 15 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a refund equal to 50 percent of the appropriate registration fee.
  • Refund requests received with less than 14 days before the start of the conference will not be honored.

Attendee Substitutions are welcome. Substitutes should be the same member type to qualify.  Individuals seeking to substitute their attendance must submit their request via email to Joe Buck at no later than 10 days prior to the start of the conference.
